- All packages must be paid in full on first lesson in cash or purchased online (Lay buys not accepted).
- Discount packages are neither refundable nor transferable.
- Discount packages are valid from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. (All lessons must be conducted between 9 am till 5 pm.)
- Discount packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be consumed within 3 months from the date of 1st lesson.
- Must have Victorian Learners Permit to qualify for packages (except refresher package, any other license including international, Victorian full or P licences not permissible).
- Express Test Packages will have pickup and drop off at VicRoads offices only.
- 24 hour notice must be given for cancellations or rescheduling of lessons to your instructors directly, otherwise lesson will be charged/deducted accordingly.
- 7 days notice is required for drive test cancellations or rescheduling otherwise drive test fee will be charged/deducted.
- Drive test can only be rescheduled once.
- Refund applicable within 7 days of purchase with $10 processing charges.
- Test fee is still applicable in case of test cancellation due to client negligence or incomplete documentation.
- Verify your location in our serviced area before making a purchase else cancellation fee applies for refund.
